Every driver has to be provided with written instructions, I am sure that part of this is already in your drivers handbook, this might not satisfy the Border Agency.

We suggest a laminated A4 sheet with on the one side an abbreviated version of the Border Agency 10 point plan.

And on the other side some instructions specific to you company, these instructions have to be handed out to the driver and the issue recorded in the office, this to prevent a driver claiming that he/she has not been issued with these instructions.
